FREE SUICIDE PREVENTION TRAINING, PROVIDED BY ZSA
As part of my work with John & Charlie’s Journey, I renew my suicide awareness training every year. I believe having the confidence to start a conversation about suicide is something that can make a real difference.
Zero Suicide Alliance provides free online suicide awareness training designed to help you recognise when someone may be struggling, feel more confident starting a conversation about suicide, and know where to signpost someone for further support.
The training is free, online and takes around 20 minutes to complete. Once completed, you'll receive a certificate that you can print or share on social media.

I also offer free support to individuals and groups who would like to complete the suicide awareness training.
Whether you're completing it on your own or as part of a community group, organisation or team, I can help guide you through the training, support discussion around the topics covered and help you understand the information provided.
